CBD does not produce a euphoric “high” or intoxicating effect. This is because CBD does not activate our cannabinoid receptors in the same way that THC does.
Yes, hemp-derived CBD is legal in all 50 states. All lawfully-produced hemp-derived CBD products with 0.3% THC or less are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Full-spectrum CBD products contain trace amounts of THC that may result in failed drug testing. Our CBD isolate products undergo third-party lab testing to ensure zero THC content for those concerned, however, we always recommend erring on the side of caution and skipping CBD if you’re expecting drug testing.
